Michael R. Quinlivan specializes in personal injury and employment law. Mike has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict in the state and federal courts of Minnesota and Iowa, including several that involve catastrophic injuries sand fatalities. Mike has defended numerous employment law claims, including harassment and age discrimination, as well as trade secret claim and other commercial claims that triggered coverage.
Mike is a certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and since 1994 has been listed in the American Research Corporation's Law and Leading Attorneys in the personal injury and employment law fields. Mike has also been a chairperson and lecturer for Continuing Legal Education seminars on trial practice, employment law, and liquor liability.
